Not worth the high rent

Pros:
decent location, laundry in building
Cons:
not well maintained and needs a lot of upgrades. The place is poorly insulated you can hear everything your neighbor does especially above you. The kitchens and bathrooms need to be renovated. Trash area is really bad, has gotten better but is usually full dirty. The hallways and laundry room is dirty. Heat is really bad in the winter, you will definitely be cold since the windows are old. Over priced for the quality you are getting.
Advice to owner:
take time to upgrade the apartments.

Pros:
The only thing good about this building is that is in a convenient location to stores, train, and the park
Cons:
Dirty floors full of dust, the trash disposal is in the front of the building and is usually overflowing with trash. The basement is dirty as well, washing drying machines also dirty. Scant heat in the winter and the rent is high because of the location. Not worth the money. The landlord is a snake too, very condescending.
Advice to owner:
Be honest when you're trying to convince people to move here. Everything is not about money.
