Great cozy apartment in cozy corner of Soho

Pros

Great building, quiet and reasonable rent for the area of SoHo. Wonderful location in quiet corner of SoHo. Good light in some rooms. No problems with management clean building quiet neighbors. TONs of storage and closets etc

Cons

Living room in 4F is a bit small and dark, management is not super responsive to non-service related requests (e.g. we emailed asking if there were additional units available multiple times with no response). Have had packages go missing once or twice

Charming area with trusted management

Pros

Great natural light Everything is very clean We always get a response when we submit a request on the online portal

Cons

We go through periods of a lot of packages being stolen, management trying to make improvements which solves it for a while & then it starts all over again
