- Decent sized units - A roof you can access - Pet friendly - Clean building - Friendly staff

Cons

- Bad plumbing, we’re talking monthly clogs in the toilet for no reason and sinks that don’t drain. - Elevator has been having issues lately for a few hours a day. - Unresponsive management, never respond to emails. - Will try to nickle and dime rent increases every year.
