Pros:
-Great price - Super close to M15, Q, and 4/5/6 lines - Stanley (landlord) is really kind and helpful, and is very responsive
Cons:
- Avenue can be loud - No Laundry in building (but very close by) - Restaurant tables are often placed directly in front of entrance
