Good building just old

Pros

Super is very responsive. Common areas are very clean

Cons

Everything breaks. Feels like there have been a lot of problems throughout the building

Advice to the owners

You need to put money into your units if you want market prices. The same appliances from when the building was built isn’t going to cut it
