Decent dorm experience

Pros

- Great location (close to campus and subway) - Good water pressure and heat - Good sized kitchens - B suite has great light and good sized rooms

Cons

- On top of shake shack, and heard some bad stories about rats and roaches on some lower floors - Can be noisy because of students - Some apartments (like F suite) have super unbalanced room sizes and light

Sort of decrepit, needs renovation. On the second floor there are fruit fly problems, and on the 12th I’ve had mice
