Property Manager Requires More Training

Pros:
Overall tenants are friendly and have been in the building for years.
Cons:
Property manager is extremely rude, treats tenant like criminals, communication tone is despicable.
Advice to owner:
Learn how to be a decent human being.

Cons:
Super bad mouse problem with poor pest control
Advice to owner:
Seal off holes to prevent mice from entering, and have more frequent pest control

in a nice neighborhood
Cons:
roach infestation since moving in that was never fixed, days without heat and hot water in the winter, property managers do not answer your emails and show up unannounced to your apartment, when we moved in it was dirtier than when we toured the empty apartment (as if someone had been squatting there), dead mice in the stairwells, roaches in the stairwells, smelly dirty stairwells in general, etc
