Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated large units with great appliances; easy access to CUIMC campus
Cons:
Pest control issues (mice and roaches); garbage room way too small for building so constantly overflowing; a lot of noise from ambulances on Fort Washington and homeless people in the neighborhood
