Absolutely horrible here

Pros

There’s honestly nothing to like about this place.

Cons

The neighbors are loud (all the time). Police are frequent visitors here. People leave their garbage in the hall. Pest problem. Front door lock is always broken(unsafe, strangers waltz in). Tenants throw food out of window. Management is damn near nonexistent.

Advice to the owners

Actually answer the phone number you give to people. Actually follow up with tenants to make sure issues are fixed. Send someone to evaluate the state of the property from time to time (then you’d know how disgusting and unsafe it is).
