Well built but Noisy young neighbors & rude super
Former Tenant
Pros:
New, well built & finished interior, split ac units provide great heat or cool when needed. Great water pressure. Well finished bathroom. Good lighting. Windows keep noise out immensely. Owner very nice & responsive.
Cons:
I Neighbors very noisy, you can hear them through main door & ceiling for upper floors, 1 unit had a musician band with drums & guitars. Other neighbors are loud & inconsiderate. Street very noisy. Seems like it’s a hang out spot. Super very rude & barely does required work. Building doesn’t get cleaned, neither the rooftop. Packages get stolen & there’s no way you can see on cameras who did it.
Advice to owner:
You are one of the best landlords in NYC. Have super be more clean & organized especially for rooftop& basement. Add sound blockers to main unit doors.
