Decent for the price

Pros

The super is very responsive and lives on the property. The rent is very reasonable for the area.

Cons

There is a roach problem and the pipes back up bad.

Great for the rent stable price

Pros

Great building environment, elevator, very clean. Apartment can work if you use space well.

Cons

There was an extreme amount of noise when living there between the upstairs neighbor waking up at 6am every day and stomping on the ground and the school nearby with the kids screaming on top of their lungs.

Advice to the owners

Require everyone to have carpeting
