Former tenant·10 minutes ago

Roaches, broken elevator

Pros

Cheap and across from a subway entrance

Cons

Lots of rats in the garbage are, small roaches in the apartment. Super refuses to make repairs. The elevator smells like vomit and is now out of service due to rain. There's a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. The building is unlocked and accessible to anyone walking by in the street and weird people hang out in the stairwell.

could be better, could be worse

Pros

Large apartments, neighbors are generally nice, pet friendly.

Cons

Roaches, mice, bedbugs frequent. Slow to repair and address any issues regardless of severity. Rent hikes.

Advice to the owners

Get more and better repair and pest control, make it accessible to the people who live there withouy having to contact the super several times to sometimes deaf ears.
