Do not live here

Pros

The building was ok when it was under previous management. Now they are criminals. JSAF is the worst management I have ever encountered in all my years of living here, They are unresponsive, and try to take advantage of their tenants.

Cons

The building Is under maintaned, badly. the basement floods every time the washer/dryer gets used. There is tons of trash in the hallways, basement, staircase, etc.

Sell the building back or quit

If transit is your priority, this is the place for you, with it being on 14th street.

A new management company recently bought the place, and it has been hard to get a hold of them.
