    The Laundry room is always (c) openigloo clean and machines in working (c) openigloo order. The cleanliness of the (c) openigloo building is usually very good.
    Cons:
    The mail area can be (c) openigloo a tad cluttered because there (c) openigloo is no package area, and (c) openigloo with it being a walk-up (c) openigloo building the packages don't always (c) openigloo make it to the front (c) openigloo of the intended door.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep going!

    Heat is poor in the (c) openigloo building. Swear it doesn't get (c) openigloo warm enough to meet legal (c) openigloo requirements but maybe i'm just (c) openigloo prone to be cold cause (c) openigloo I've been told that it (c) openigloo is.

    The restaurant downstairs is way (c) openigloo too loud from Thursday - (c) openigloo Sunday. They bring in a (c) openigloo live DJ and it goes (c) openigloo nonstop from the afternoon to (c) openigloo 11am

    Bring the rent down even further. It’s not worth it otherwise

    Quiet, kind neighbors and no (c) openigloo package theft problems! I love (c) openigloo the proximity to Central Park
