Elevators are in dire need of an upgrade

Very friendly staff, responsive supers, and clean building.

Cons

Elevators are an absolute nightmare. During rush hour times you may be waiting upwards of 10 minutes. There are only 4 cars for 40+ floors.

Seasonal buffets in lobby for free Many laundry machines Clean and staff is responsive Safe and happy community of residents Gym Friendly doormen

Cons

Slow elevators (older) Laundry machines cost about $7 a load total for wash/dry

Advice to the owners

Update the elevators and add more machines to the gym
