Reviews

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Decent building, safe area… but there are drawbacks.

Pros

The building feels safe and secure with cameras. Plus the police precinct is on the corner for an added feeling of safety.

Cons

Rodents! The building has a lot of mice and the building can’t seem to get it under control. The laundry room is small with cheap washing machines that are not kept clean. The building management should have contracted with a better commercial laundry provider.

Advice to the owners

New commercial washers for the laundry room and BETTER PEST CONTROL.
