Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews of buildings managed by Peter Papamichael reveal a mix of strengths and challenges in management. Many appreciate the responsive superintendents and overall building cleanliness, with several buildings offering convenient amenities like laundry and parking. Rent-stabilized units and a generally cordial community are noted positives. However, some renters highlight pest control issues, occasional noise disturbances, and slow owner responsiveness, with management sometimes perceived as inattentive or unaccommodating. While some buildings have well-maintained common areas, others suffer from outdated interiors and maintenance delays. Overall, renters can expect decent upkeep but should be prepared for variable management responsiveness and neighbor quality depending on the location.

Recommend this building

Pros

Responsive super, location is perfect, parking is fairly easy to find, pretty clean, and laundry in building.

Cons

The units are small and there are no 2 bedrooms in the building, and it’s across from the school so morning traffic can be rough sometimes.

Beautiful apartments and great community

Pros

Great character in the apartments, very personable community. The super is great. It's always clean. Good location.

Cons

The floors are creaky. But it's an old building so I'm not bothered by it.
