Great location but a lot of building issues

Pros:
Convenient location and the staff are friendly.
Cons:
There’s A LOT of street noise. There’s always something under maintenance (AC/heat, elevator, laundry, etc.) which can get annoying. Not sure if that’s typical of all old buildings though.
