High Utility Bills

Pros

"Modern theme" Washer/Dryer Dishwasher Gym Rooftop access

Cons

The insulation of building is non existent. Since heat cant be contained the heater units always have to be on which means the price of Con Ed easily reaches over $700. Management are disrespectful and do not care about tenants. It will take them over a week to fix an issue in the apartment. The walls are paper-thin, you can hear neighbors conversation and TV's. Ants issue during the warm seasons if apartment is not kept clean daily.

Advice to the owners

Fix walls insulation to keep heat in and noise isolated.

Great location and light!

Pros

Great light, every unit has w/d and dishwasher and built-in audio, management is easy to reach, lots of breeze with windows open.

Cons

Though management is generally easy to reach they can be a bit behind. The apt can get pretty chilly in the winter because there are no surrounding buildings to insulate it, but it’s worth it.
