Not enough trash cans for tenants. Bins were full often. Consistent mouse sitings Took a while to get maintenance into to fix something

Good not great

Pros

Has a great location, super is very responsive, and rooms are very big.

Cons

Garbage situation would get pretty bad give there were only two trash cans for the building (although super was good about taking it out at the beginning of the week), had some problems with roaches in the apartment, unit is rundown, and rent is expensive for what it is.

Advice to the owners

Fix the apartments.
