Nice pre-war rental building in the Heights
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighbors. Friendly and responsive super. Beautiful spacious apartments in a fantastic location. Good value. Clean and well-maintained compared to similar buildings in the area. Nice laundry facilities in basement with plenty of machines here and next door at 620.
Cons:
Minor pest issues. No central amenities like outdoor space or rooftop, in-unit laundry, or storage. Noise from Fort Washington Ave.
Advice to owner:
Manage pests more aggressively.
