Really Nice Apartments
Pros
The units themselves are spacious and have nice-looking counters and appliances. You get your own washer and dryer, heat is included in the rent and the building is good about turning it on when it gets cold. Water pressure in the shower is fantastic. Whenever I travel, I look forward to showering here again.
Cons
Garbage management is almost nonexistent. They provide containers, and someone comes and organizes it all just before garbage day. In between that, it's left to pile up until the lids no longer close. Neighborhood is great, but you will here people playing music from their cars or stoops occasionally.
Advice to the owners
Get an on-site super again. Someone who lives here and will take care of it. Lable which recycling bins are for which type of recycling. Also more frequent pest control, please.

Heat is insufficient(too hot 90 degrees in your room) either too hot or not on making it cold then it kicks in at 3 in the morning killing you

Control the heat better.
