A great place for beginnings
Pros
Best location you could ask for. Apartments are updated enough. No dishwashers, but elevator, really kind & nice super, not many package thefts at all. I'd live here forever if the building had a dishwasher in any of the units or laundry in the building. Living in a one bedroom with my boyfriend here and after 3 yesrs, think we've outgrown it. Perfect first apartment for couples, bachelors, or elderly people living alone.
Cons
Quite old, so had a few buggy problems. Cockroach infestation one year, was definitely coming from another apartment. Super was responsive and tried helping, but ultimately, I had to do it myself. Spiders and house centipedes after that. Average fair of drain flies, but again, think they're coming from another tenant. School next door got really noisy during work from home days, but I will miss the noise of kids playing!
