Great Neighborhood, Needs Upgrades

Pros

Nice big apartments, beautiful views onto Riverside, responsive super.

Cons

Bug problems, the elevator goes out more often than I would like, packages get taken (especially during the holidays), the stairs are somewhat suspect...

Advice to the owners

Get an area in the lobby where packages can go and be safe! Update the stairs, the treads are very worn...

Responsive super always willing to help with this in apartment and building Quiet with no businesses on the street Spacious rooms
