Pros

Proximity to the best surf beach, newly constructed, bike and board storage, close to shopping and restaurants, great parking.

Cons

The Maintenance worker is rude and the tree pit out front is Not cared for

Advice to the owners

Fix up back yard for tenant use add outdoor shower and rentable surf lockers
