Lovely building right on the park

Pros:
Everyone is so nice. Very dog friendly. Efficient management team. Really great underground parking if you're lucky enough to get off the waitlist.
Cons:
The doorman is not 24hrs, only until about 2am. There are really no other cons.
Advice to owner:
I wish there were more underground parking available but I know it is in high demand.

Good location, spacious, roof and community room access.
Cons:
Small kitchen and dirty staircase
