Nice all electric building

Very clean, nice light, nice neighbors
Cons
Everything is electric so you’ll have to pay for the heat through the winter, weird smells in the hallways sometimes, also there’s a church next door that gets really loud on Sunday mornings

The building is clean Custodian cleans once a week Garbage is cleaned regularly Laundry in the building Maintained well Easy and quick to contact landlord
