Major disturbed lead issues in the building. Persistent mold in all bathrooms due to total lack of ventilation. Water ingress from delapidated, water-logged decks and crumbling walls. Many safety issues went unaddressed, expect to spend $$$ fixing problems yourself.

The building is poorly maintained, with regular leaks from the roof and disturbed lead paint in the common areas. The apartment was dark even on the brightest days. The price is too good to be true because it is.
