Need More Responsiveness to Critical Issues
Pros
- accessible to trains, shopping, grocery stores - people in the building are great (neighbors outside are a little odd, but fine. Just noisy.) - amenities: laundry in building / dishwasher in unit
Cons
- building floods in the summer - ceiling leaks happen regularly on the upper floors - water pipes are in bad condition/water quality is questionable - “amenities” always break - when big things happen, owner leaves tenants to figure it out on their own. - windows are incredibly drafty, dust from the street comes in through everything. It’s like living in a Dickens novel.
