Pros:
They take care this building the most because management office is there
Cons:
Literally everything you can think
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants, invest in proper repairs and stop half fixing it. Elevators need air and proper repairs

Pros:
Nothing at all.
Cons:
Everything elevator broken every other day. No cold water for showers in summer and no hot water in winter. No ventilation in elevator or lobby.
Advice to owner:
Stop half fixing repairs
