261 Lexington was a lovely home
Pros
The landlord is generous and responsive. The men he employs to fix things are nice and consistent. They clean up the hallways and the street every few weeks, and have an optional exterminator 1 time a month.
Cons
Not much to say. A little bit of water damage from the roof but it's NY.

Great building in a great neighborhood
Pros
Mostly safe (had one stolen package and one random guy sleeping in the front in 2 years), apt D was newly renovated, easy to live there
Cons
A lot of construction (couldn’t do much about that though) and it’s done by now, we had an ant problem for a while
