Very bad experience with this apartment, building, neighbors and landlord
Pros
Good location and near to subway
Cons
Unresponsive landlord for problems and fixing, breach of lease agreement
Advice to the owners
Check well the floors and walls for this building, be sure for any term in the contract, because this landlord breach the contract with me. Once you signed the contract, you will never meet the landlord and the building manager. They will only ask for money but if you complain or need something to get fixed then dream!! No one will respond to you!!
