Lovely slice of 11th with lovely landlords
Pros
It’s been well-maintained over the years, and when anything breaks, it gets fixed within a reasonable amount of time. The owners are a legitimate mom and pop operation, and you can tell they take pride in their buildings. They have always treated me with kindness and respect and are very reasonable when it comes to tenant issues.
Cons
Would’ve loved to have a more modern way to pay rent, since sometimes it’s hard to do things the old fashioned way. Other than that, no complaints.
Advice to the owners
Continue to stay reasonable and kind and your tenants will continue to reciprocate!
