Great Building, But new management is not

Pros

The people in the building are amazing people. Everyone is friendly. Building manager takes care of the cleanliness and trash, always organized and working everyday. We finally have a package room and it's been great.

Cons

Building is currently under construction as of March 2026. Lots of noise front and back of building, no privacy, natural light is comprised due to scaffolding. As of August 2026, many tenants that I've talked to (over 7 units) I've spoken to have been noticing lots of cockroaches and mice due construction. Lots of cracks and things are getting shaken up. The new management that started in spring when construction began has been unbelievable unresponsive. I've called Jeffrey twice with messages and two weeks later, no return. Unbelievable. It's been a nightmare

Advice to the owners

Management, you need to be more responsive. This is your job! Respond to tenants, shame on you!
