Great place so far

Pros

Some of the apartments are newly renovated, but I don’t think that’s the case for rest of the apartments in the building. City view from some of the apartments are really good and it’s easy to find street parking in this neighborhood.

Cons

Building itself is old and the outside lobby area has lots of trash in the evenings and weekends, but the building super does a good job of cleaning it up. They don’t support online payment for your rent, so either mail the check every month or setup bank transfer directly through your bank.

Advice to the owners

If tenets can have access to the rooftop, I think that would be perfect.

Great building, nice residents

Pros

The people who live in this building are wonderful. Never had any problem. They love to help each other out. A lot of long-time residents with families. Super lives in the building and is quick to fix anything.

Cons

Old building with pests. There is a free exterminator who comes once a month to spray inside your apartment, but still there are cockroaches.

Advice to the owners

Renovate the hallways.
