Nice area and spacious apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space. Lots of light. Response super. Responsive management company.
Cons:
Sometimes gets cold during the winter. Heat isn’t always on, rather cycles on and off.

Landlord is a con artist and super is racist.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well cared for building, generally clean and neighbors were mostly great.
Cons:
Alejandro (the super) accused my boyfriend of entering the property illegally- called me to say a “black man” is coming up to my apartment. Said black man is my partner and is on the lease!
After moving out the landlord Mark illegally withheld security deposit.
Advice to owner:
Watch out for more lawsuits coming your way!!
