Landlord sucks

Pros:
The super is great
Cons:
The landlord could care less about the needs of the tenants. There’s always something wrong with the apartments and never fixes anything
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and stop being cheap your building is so old you HAVE to make repairs
