Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by Alfred Thompson indicate significant dissatisfaction among tenants. Common issues include poor management responsiveness, inadequate maintenance, and overall neglect of building conditions. Although some residents appreciate the location and have reported friendly neighbors, management has been criticized for a lack of professionalism and commitment to tenant needs. Several reviews suggest that maintenance and pest control are particularly problematic, leading to a declining quality of living. Recommendations call for stronger management oversight and a more tenant-focused approach to operations. Overall, potential renters should be cautious and prepared for possible challenges.

Nothing Properly Done

Pros

Location of the building

Cons

Everything is put together by an amateur trying to save as much money as possible. Over time the place continues to fall apart and the owners just apply a bandaid. It’s like they’re trying to get people to leave.
