I’ve live here since I got to America

Pros

Very accommodating and comfortable

Cons

Sometimes the water in the showers doesn’t work

Advice to the owners

Take care of the building more often, do regular maintenance

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Better living NYC

Pros

The building is okay, old but somehow good, the apartment it’s spacious and affordable

Cons

It’s a walk up building with neighbors that make you question living there, specially the ones from different buildings that hang out at the main entrance and could be gang related

Advice to the owners

Add more security cameras and a gate to prevent people seating or sleeping at the main entrance
