Overall LOVE

Pros:
Well kept, laundry in building, great area and the office is right across the street should you need anything. Trash is easy to take on the street.
Cons:
I always had quick responses when I emailed the repairs email, however when I needed other information or questions I had a hard time getting ahold of someone or getting an email response from the office emails. But overall anytime there was an issue it was addressed quickly.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to emails coming to the office. Overall loved the apartment.
