Everything! Place has rodents. The owner likes to going into people’s apartment while they are on vacation. He hates when there is a camera out the door because then he can’t come in. The owner is always on something. He doesn’t respond when you need things fixed. He replies weeks or months after. He leaves trash everywhere and then says oh I have to clean this mess in front of you but then doesn’t clean up. Laundry machine never clean at all. Doesn’t clean up the snow when it snows. Always thinks that the neighbors are the problem. Electrical problems.
Advice to the owners
Sell the property to someone who will actually take care of it.
