Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews of the buildings managed by Neil Davidowitz present a mixed picture. Many residents praise the cleanliness, effective garbage management, and prompt responsiveness from staff, with the doormen and maintenance team receiving particular commendation. However, several complaints indicate issues with pest control, heat reliability, and noise levels from both the building and external construction, coupled with some dissatisfaction towards management responsiveness. While some buildings maintain a favorable living experience, others present significant challenges, especially concerning unit ownership issues and inconsistencies in tenant support. Prospective renters should weigh these factors carefully.
