Amazing and Clean Building

Pros

This is one of the cleanest buildings I’ve lived in, the super is amazing and I have never seen a cockroach or mouse in my apartment in 3 years I lived there. Everyone is friendly and the vibes are good. The virtual doorman does a great job

Cons

It was difficult and expensive to get approved as a renter. The construction on the streets is nonstop. It’s the way of life in Dumbo, but it’s frustrating

Great small building - very quiet

Pros

Quiet. Small building so few units. Kitchens are amazing. Rooftop is quiet and has a grill. Super is great and friendly.

Cons

Could be more insulated - heat bills are high in the winter. Construction in the area.
