Loud neighbors, unresponsive landlord Haili Gao. Ripped us off. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Advice to the owners
Stop allowing illegal business operating under apartments you are renting and be fair to the tenants by responding in a timely manor. We will certainly be going to court over our deposit. Also nothing worked when we first got there. About 3 months in we had consistent hot water and also no control over the noise was an issue.
