Good while it lasted

Pros:
Laundry in unit, laid out well, recent updates, quality materials, key fob, location
Cons:
Garbage room would quickly overflow, loud stairs that weren’t sturdy, squeaky floors, small kitchen sink, street noise throughout, mgmt would not discuss amount for lease renewal and increased significantly
Advice to owner:
Pace your increases in rent, not everyone needing 3 beds has roommates to split costs
