Yep, it’s a luxury building on upper east side
Former Tenant
Pros:
The real stand out of the building is the staff. The doormen are EXCELLENT. Appreciate the amenities, too.
Cons:
I would stay in the building if it was financially feasible for me to upgrade to an apartment with another bedroom.
Advice to owner:
Give the doormen any and everything they want, they are what makes the living experience “luxury”

Genuinely Sad To Move
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fantastic staff. Area is great with Carl Schulz Park ( a gem of a park) and cute local shops near by. (Shout out to Chez Nick + Blackstar Bakery) Management is responsive to requests.
Cons:
They say they are "dog friendly" but are increasingly cracking down on if you use the main elevators vs service elevators. Some tenants are not a fan of the dogs and it shows.
