Pros:
Apartments are spacious and relatively clean.
Cons:
Never once met the super, had various problems over 3 years and no answer from the super. Management has held my security deposit for months on end with no intention of returning it when I left no damages
Advice to owner:
Get a better super.

Good apartment, fair price, great super in a good neighborhood with coffee downstairs

Building garbage cans kept indoors
