Beautiful community that deserves more from landlord

Pros

The community that live here are a testament to New York: smart, kind, close knit. Their tenant association sets a new standard for me. The super is on site. Once you get to know him he is great.

Cons

The building is not well taken care of by the landlord. No heat in the winter, No AC in the summer, flooding, mice inside, rats outside and in the basement. The families that live there deserve better

Advice to the owners

Fix the heat so it works consistently. Fix the roof. Get exterminators to come regularly.
