The first floor unit is rented. The second floor unit is occupied by the previous owner, an elderly, troubled woman who thinks she is still the owner and consistently violates privacy (peeking through windows, knocking on door all hours, calling all hours, etc). Her daughter actually owns the unit but is never there and does not upkeep the unit or address the mother. All improvements were done to unit myself at my cost and the owner raises the rent every year despite (extremely greedy). Was not worth it for me.
