landlord lived on the first floor and was a terror - threatened to evict me for talking in the hallway 3 times - was so scared to make noise i would take off my shoes to walk into my own apartment for two years - she would constantly send me harassing texts about everything as small as a trash can lid being closed - ceiling was infested with squirrels, roof leaked, and building had insane cockroach problem even in the hallways (i don’t expect to never see a cockroach this was so bad they would fall out of the ceiling) - she always hired cheap people to repair anything so it was never done correctly and why the problems persisted - finally kicked me out in the middle of the pandemic saying she had to move a family member in and i see the apartment up on street easy for more than i was paying for it the next month - the owner/landlord of this building is a genuinely miserable human being
